Careers at Krodua

Krodua is Africa’s writing and creative development system for emerging writers, storytellers, and young creatives. We’re building the ecosystem — publishing, academy, library, and residency — that helps African stories reach the world.

Each leader will be responsible for building and managing a small volunteer team of 2–4 contributors, creating a distributed leadership model that allows Krodua to grow sustainably across Africa and the diaspora.
